THis has got to be one of my favorite holidays! I love my heritage from Ireland and Scotland, (and cause my mom always celebrates it) so I really really like this day.
I made Corned Beef in my crockpot today...i don't like cabba
ge much so I left that out and added potatoes and carrots. It turned out really well! And I wore green today :)
I forgot to buy stuff for an Irish dinner :( makes me sad. Oh well! We wore green too! :D
